Some have been curious as to what Skeletons have been up to. As many of you know, we have recorded a six song EP titled “The Fish Don’t Mind”, and we are in the process of promoting it right now.
You can listen to the entire EP here.
That’s right -- every song in its entirety. No 30-second samples or other BS. You can even download a couple of our favorite tracks free of charge and free of DRM. You can think of it as an early non-religion-specific holiday gift. And speaking of gifts, here is how you can treat yourself to a copy of the EP:
For a hard copy of the CD (Ian did a fantastic job with the album art, so I suggest you get a physical CD) you can go here.
If you are having a wedding (Tyler this means you) you can put it in your wedding registry. Not planning on getting married? Well, get to proposing so you can put this hot item in your registry.
If you are into the iTunes ecosystem, we are there too!
Here is how you can help us promote the album:
1. Get a last.fm account
2. Download the last.fm client
3. Listen to our CD in Windows Media Player or iTunes
Basically, last.fm tracks what you listen to in Windows Media Player or iTunes (this process is called scrobbling). Although this sounds 1984-esque, be assured that it does not track your credit card number or pornographic videos. If you are averse to downloading the tracking software, that’s OK too. You can just get a last.fm account and listen to us in your browser.
Playing us helps last.fm find other listeners that might like our stuff. But there is more in it for you than just to support us. Last.fm helps you find music that you always wanted to hear but never new about; much in the same way that myspace helps pedophiles find 16 year olds.
While you are on last.fm, check out Stencil and Bomberman Awesome (both good friends). I suggest Glossolalia from Stencil and Fortune and Glory from Bomberman.
If you were not able to make it to our CD release show, or you want to re-live what was certainly one of the best experiences of your entire life, I suggest you watch this clip.
